PORCELAINES FRANCAISES XIXE PARIS Large porcelain bowl with gilded and polychrome decoration on a light blue background of Venus and Cupid in a medallion surrounded by rocaille and fishnet motifs and a riverside landscape with a ruin, the center of the basin decorated with a bouquet of flowers au naturel and a floral wreath. Mounted in chased gilt bronze, the neck decorated with an openwork gallery, the handles decorated with acanthus leaves, the base with acanthus leaf friezes and laurel wreaths resting on a square-section quatripod base decorated with lion's claws.
