Closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

As our departments deal with a large number of requests each day, please note that our teams may not be able to provide a complete and exhaustive response for the following reasons:

- the request concerns lots presented without a condition guarantee

- the request concerns lots with a low estimate of less than €100

- the request concerns a large number of lots

- the request has not reached us 48 hours before the closing date.

For more information on our commitments and exceptions to the guarantee, please consult the general conditions of sale. In the absence of a reply from our services, we invite you not to overestimate the condition of a coveted lot and to moderate your bids accordingly. No retraction will be possible in accordance with Drouot.com's terms and conditions.
