- Thursday: 10:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. / 2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.

- Friday: 10:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. / 2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.

Closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Since our department handles a large number of requests each day, please be aware that our teams may not be able to provide complete and comprehensive responses for the following reasons:

- The inquiry concerns lots offered “as is”

- the inquiry concerns lots with a low estimate of less than €100

- the request concerns a large number of lots

- the request was not received by us at least 48 hours before the auction closes

If you do not receive a response from our team, please do not overestimate the condition of a lot you are interested in and adjust your bids accordingly.
